This project was initiated by the Grenada Olympic Committee. It is located in Mt. Rouge St. George next to the famous Grand Anse Beach. It has a strategic location and Spiceland Malls and tourist resorts. It has a concrete frame structure and the curtain wall structure is the first in Grenada. It is now Become a landmark building.
