In order to better serve the residents of Saint Mark and Saint John, the Grenadian government decided to build a medical facility in Gouyave. This project is called a smart project and aims to improve the quality and scope of primary health care in Grenada.

The designer pointed out that the building are designed to function immediately after a natural disaster and comply with green building standards. Leaders at all levels of the Georgian government have visited the project site many times and highly recognized the overall building and facility standards. The original contract for the project has been basically completed.
