Haven Lifestyle Condominium Officially Commences Construction

September 1, 2025 — The much-anticipated Haven Lifestyle Condominium project has broken ground, marking the official start of construction for this comprehensive complex featuring student apartments, a dining center, office spaces, and a supermarket. The launch of the project is expected to generate significant socio-economic benefits for the local community while greatly improving the student apartment market in the True Blue area.

The project is being developed by Kardouhs Enterprise Limited and constructed by the Grenada State Engineering and Construction Group (hereinafter referred to as “GSEC”). The scope of work includes main structural works, interior decoration, landscaping, and provision of furniture and household appliances.
