he Leebo Condominium project, developed by the Grenada State Engineering and Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Group” or GSEC), has received approval from the Grenada Planning and Development Authority. The Leebo Condominium building is located in the True Blue area of St. George’s, the capital of Grenada, just a few hundred meters away from the renowned St. George’s University.

The university has built a clinical rotation network with over 70 medical institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom. Its medical education follows North American standards, and students can complete their clinical rotations at affiliated hospitals in the U.S., the U.K., and other partner countries. The university holds accreditation from the New York State Education Department for its medical program, recognition from the Medical Council of Canada for licensure, certification from the United Kingdom’s Public Health Education Board, and recognition from the Chinese Ministry of Education. St. George’s University has consistently ranked first in the number of residents placed into U.S. hospitals and is the largest medical education center in the Caribbean, with an alumni network spanning more than 140 countries and regions worldwide.

The Leebo Condominium project covers an area of 39,200 square feet and adopts a modern, minimalist design with luxury hotel-style finishes. It includes 99 apartments, a gym, a restaurant, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, office spaces, and rooftop photovoltaic panels. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area, and balcony. Upon completion, the project will primarily be leased to students and faculty of St. George’s University, as well as tourists visiting Grenada for short-term stays.
