Hubble & Lance Bridges
Hubble Bridge is a cast-in-situ concrete bridge located in Gouyave, St. John. As a World Bank project, it started in March 2016 and was completed and opened to the public in February 2017.
Lance Bridge is also located in Gouyave, St. John’s. It is a concrete cast-in-situ bridge and a World Bank project. The bridge crosses the main thoroughfares in the towns of St. Patrick, St. Mark, and St. George, providing significant support for motor and pedestrian traffic. The project was completed in March 2018.
North & South Luxury Apartments
This project is located in Egmount, St. George, featuring a frame structure and two high-end apartment buildings. Surrounded by water with beautiful scenery, this project belongs to the Grenada Investment Immigration Project (CBI).
Once completed, the project broke the traditional perception of high-end apartments in Grenada and set a new benchmark for luxury living.
Olympic House
Initiated by the Grenada Olympic Committee, this project is located in Mt. Rouge St. George next to the famous Grand Anse Beach. It has a strategic location near Spiceland Malls and tourist resorts.
It features a concrete frame structure, and its unique curtain wall structure is the first of its kind in Grenada.
Hideaway True Blue Apartments
Hideaway True Blue Apartment Project is a shear wall structure with a total of 6 floors, located in the heart of True Blue, the most popular residential area in Grenada.
This project is also a Grenada investment immigration project, using the EPC general contracting model.
China-Grenada Friendship Garden
Located near the National Stadium in St. George, sponsored by the Chinese Embassy. Features ancient Chinese architectural styles, reflecting the strong friendship between the two nations.
Chinese Embassy Residence
Located in True Blue. Reinforced original house, enclosed balcony, built new walls, railings, interior decoration, and new carport.
Aqua Natural Ltd. Manufacturing
Relocation and construction of the water plant to St. David’s State following a fire at the original site. The construction was carried out by EPC general contracting.
Grenville Port Rehabilitation
The project is located in Grenville, St. Andrew, close to the fish market and is an important port used by surrounding fishermen. This project involved boundary wall construction.
Gouyave Medical Center
In order to better serve the residents of Saint Mark and Saint John, the Grenadian government decided to build a medical facility in Gouyave.
This project is called a smart project and aims to improve the quality and scope of primary health care.
Airport Upgrade (EOC Housing)
A new 2-story office building (1718.4 m²) featuring an emergency management center and administrative offices.
